April 10 has no owner yet

On April 10, 1912, the RMS Titanic set sail from Southampton on its maiden voyage to New York, with more than 2,200 passengers and crew on board. The ship, considered the largest and safest in the world, struck an iceberg four days later on April 14, and sank in under 3 hours killing more than 1,500 people. The Titanic disaster changed maritime safety regulations forever.

On April 10, 1998, the governments of Ireland, the United Kingdom and the main parties of Northern Ireland signed the Good Friday Agreement, ending 30 years of the conflict known as "The Troubles", which had caused more than 3,500 deaths. The agreement, which included power-sharing between unionists and republicans, was endorsed by referendums on both sides of the island.

On April 10, 2019, the Event Horizon Telescope published the first photograph in history of a black hole — the supermassive M87, located at the centre of galaxy Messier 87, 55 million light-years from Earth. The image, obtained by coordinating eight telescopes worldwide, experimentally confirmed the existence of black holes and Einstein's general theory of relativity*.
